Ilan Livne is a Senior Research Fellow at the Samuel Neaman Institute in the field of Data Science. Dr. Livne completed his Ph.D. in Statistics at the Faculty of Data and Decision Sciences at the Technion, under the supervision of Prof.
David Azriel and Prof.
Yair Goldberg. He subsequently completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the Biostatistics Unit at the Gertner Institute, under the supervision of Prof.
Amit Huppert. Previously, he worked as a statistician at IDI Insurance and as a Data Analyst at Meta. His work at the Samuel Neaman Institute focuses on causal inference, statistical methodology, and the application of AI tools in policy research.
