The purpose of this study is to assess the current and future demand for research and development talents in the Israeli high-tech industry within the core domains of artificial intelligence, in order to support the Israel Innovation Authority’s policy development on the subject. The study is based on a survey that was conducted between March and May 2025 among technology companies engaged in the development of artificial intelligence in Israel.
