Climate change and global warming are the issues of our time, as well as one of the most serious environmental problems on a national and global scale. Many individual, institutional, and international efforts have been made to confront and adapt to the negative effects of this phenomenon.
Climate change is affecting every country on every continent. It is disrupting national economies and affecting lives. Weather patterns are changing, sea levels are rising, and weather events are becoming more extreme.
To save lives and livelihoods, both the pandemic and the climate emergency must be addressed pressingly.
In this context, Earth Peace Research Center (EPRC) for Strategic Studies and Environmental Research, with the cooperation with Samuel Neaman Institute will Organize an online zoom seminar on Wednesday February 23, 2022, at 12:00 PM UAE Time/ 10:00 AM ISR Time, entitled: Climate Change: The Challenges and The Opportunities.
Speakers will discuss a variety of climate change topics, as well as current challenges and opportunities that we have or can achieve to reduce the impact of climate change, respond to it, or adapt with it.
