CBS Databases as a Research Tool | From Data to Insights

A joint conference by the Samuel Neaman Institute and the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) will address national data infrastructures for research and the possibilities of their use by researchers from academia and the public sector. The conference will present the CBS databases, including open data and microdata, alongside the processes, systems and services that support data access and data-based research.

The conference will also present the research infrastructures available at the Samuel Neaman Institute and examples of applied research based on CBS data. The conference is intended to deepen researchers’ familiarity with the available data sources, demonstrate the research potential inherent in them, and enable professional dialogue and direct consultation with experts in the field.
