“Benevolent Community – for Social Mobility, Community Resilience, and Quality of Life – in the 21st Century” is a joint venture of the (Israel) Joint-Ashalim, the Community Resources Division in the Ministry of Welfare and Social Affairs, and the Rashi Foundation.
