Prof. Manuel Trajtenberg recently published a policy document for the Samuel Neaman Institute at the Technion offering comprehensive reform in early childhood care.<\/p>\n<p>Among other things, it suggests introducing more flexibility into the &#8220;first parenting&#8221; period.
