The key: Smart management of public and private transportation, and shared rides for commuting. Prof. Manuel Trajtenberg, a former Knesset Member, presented at the Science Committee of the Knesset a comprehensive plan to reform transportation policy, that he developed at the Samuel Neaman Institute at the Technion together with Shuki Cohen, Alon Pardo and Nir Sharav.
