Hopefully at least the public discussion about the matter will raises awareness and reduce the use of bags.<\/p>\n<p>Israel Carrier Bags Act came into force in January 2017. Prof. Ofira Ayalon was interviewed following the implementation of this law and pointed negative issues of law on the one hand, and effective solutions to reduce this nuisance, on the other hand.
