The sample consisted of 12 men, 4 women, and 7 employers. The subjects answered questionnaires that were specially compiled for the purpose of the study.<\/p>\n<p>The resulting picture is one of continuous success, which has withstood the test of time, of the original &#8216;success stories&#8217;. Continued success is expressed in 3 parameters: first, the degree of persistence in the occupation\/activity\/framework; second, the degree of professional and personal development over the period; and third, the extent of the impact on family members and the community.
