It covers topics such as the setting of objectives in innovation, policy instruments targeting innovation-based competitiveness, and policy implementation and evaluation.<br \/>\nThe second part addresses several of Israel&#8217;s cultural aspects that encourage and support innovation and entrepreneurship.
