The survey was conducted in collaboration with attorney Efrat Vash Aviram and Dr. Guy Kagan as part of a research project at the Samuel Neaman Institute. Prof. Alterman emphasizes: &#8220;Another regulation that requires deep examination is the expropriation of agricultural land without significant compensation. Neighborhoods and cities are being established on this land across the country, with the full value of the land benefiting the state treasury and not the families in the moshavim.
