Feigin<\/strong> &#8211; Senior Executive Vice President, Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.<br \/><strong>Dr. Ofer Rimon<\/strong> &#8211; Director of Science and Technology Administration at the Israel Ministry of Education.<br \/><strong>Giora Shalgi<\/strong> &#8211; Senior Research Fellow, The Samuel Neaman Institute, Technion. Mr. Shalgi was part of the lecturers panel, but was unable to attend the meeting.
