At the end of this year a book by Prof. Shlomo Maytal will be published titled: Technion Nation. The book will be in Chinese, and his publisher is Hangzhu - Books China Machine Press, which is considered the largest publisher of business books in China. The book will be distributed in China.

Prof. Rachelle Alterman will be the keynote speaker at the Housing convention of the Bank of Israel's "housing market issues" that will be held on December 27 in Jerusalem. The conference will be opened by the Bank of Israel Governor Karnit Flug.

Alterman's lecture will be the keynote lecture and is based on work done at Samuel Neaman Institute.

The aim of the lecture is an attempt to promote cooperation between Israel and Switzerland.

Prof. Shlomo Meital, gave a lecture on November 8th, at Masaryk University (Czech Republic) on: Building a vibrant startup ecosystem for the Czech Republic, for graduate students, as part of an Israeli Course organized by Dr. Ethan Anders, University of Haifa.

Prof. Ofira Ayalon participated in a meeting of the Science and Technology Committee on the subject: "Innovation in handling agricultural products: safety, health, and extending shelf life".

Prof. Ofira Ayalon participated in a meeting of the Science and Technology Committee on the subject: "Innovation in handling agricultural products: safety, health, and extending shelf life".

The meeting was held on November 1, and was broadcast live on the Knesset Channel. Prof. Ayalon presented at the meeting Samuel Neaman Institute work in recent years, which inspects the values of agriculture and their contribution to the Israeli economy.

In addition, the new document of Samuel Neaman Institute was presented. The new document deals with the innovation of agricultural technology in light of climate change and growing demand for food worldwide. The report was submitted to the committee chairman and the Knesset members present at the meeting in light of their request.
