| Professor Amnon Pazy studied at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and functioned there in several roles: Chairman of the Mathematics Institute (1978-1980), Vice Rector, Rector, and President (1983-1991). On 1991 he was appointed to chair the Planning and Budgeting Committee of the Council of Higher Education and he functioned at this role until 1997. From 1997 until his retirement on 2004 he continue teaching at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and functioned there as the head of the unit of academic planning and development. He was a visiting Professor in many Universities among them: Stanford, NYU, UCLA, Maryland, Wisconsin, Paris and more. |
